Information you share
Journey’s contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, and a message. I use the information you choose to share to reply to your inquiry, discuss service fit, and communicate about services you request. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for that purpose. If you need to share an access need or safety detail, you can contact me directly so we can discuss only what is useful.
Client records and media
Client records. When you become a client, I may keep contact details, signed agreements, dog-health information, service records, and notes needed to provide services, support safety, and document decisions. I keep client, contract, authorization, and incident records for 10 years. Records involving a minor are retained until the person’s 21st birthday or 10 years after the incident, whichever is later.
Access and media. Accommodation information is private and shared only with people who need it to provide the service or protect safety. I use media according to your selected consent. Public and promotional use also permits private training use; private-training-only consent does not permit public use. If you make no choice, I treat media as declined. I retain authorized media while consent remains active and the media serves a legitimate training, educational, documentation, or content-development purpose.
Website and platform information
This site is hosted on Wix. Wix may process technical information and form submissions to operate and protect the site under its own privacy terms. I use Google Meet for virtual consultations; Google may process account and connection information under its own privacy terms. These services have separate privacy practices.
To ask what information I hold, request a correction, or discuss a media choice, email jtedogtraining@gmail.com. Please share only what I need to locate your record. This notice describes Journey’s current practices and should be reviewed when website tools or service practices change.
